Dr Bhar was awarded a highly competitive grueling one year Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in South Korea. He trained in South Korea with leaders in the field of Cosmetic and Aesthetic Surgery and graduated as a Fellow of the Korean College of Cosmetic Surgery (Korean Board Certified Cosmetic Surgeon). He is the first and only British trained Surgeon to have this accolade in the United Kingdom and Europe.
The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery recognises South Korean cosmetic practices and surgeons as the most advanced and experienced worldwide. Figures published, show the South Korean Cosmetic Surgery market valued at $5 trillion and the rest of the world earning $16 trillion.
Dr Bhar has an extremely keen interest in Aesthetics and believes most of what is desired by patients can be achieved by Non-Surgical Techniques through Korean inventions and ideologies learned throughout his training in South Korea.
He furthered his Cosmetic and Aesthetic skills in the USA by training with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and American Board of Laser Surgery qualifying as American Board Certified in Aesthetic Medicine and American Board Certified in Laser Surgery.
Following which he trained with the most sought after French crème de la crème in the art of Plastic Surgery, Aesthetics and Beauty in Paris graduating from the University of Paris, France.
He then trained with Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeons in Italy frequented by the Italian elite, most sought after Italian Beauty Surgeons in the art of Plastic Surgery, Reconstructive Surgery, Aesthetics and Cosmetics in Rome, graduating from La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.
Dr Bhar then furthered his training with the doyens of Cosmetic Surgery in Barcelona, Spain and graduated from the University of Barcelona in Aesthetic Gynaecology and Cosmetic Genital Surgery.

Dr Bhar was approached by Reading Football Club (RFC) to serve as their Medical Director working with professional players in the Championship League.
Whilst at RFC, Dr Bhar headed a team of Sports Medical Professionals overseeing the care and well being of hundreds of football players from the academy, Under 18s, Under 23s, Reading FC Women and First teams. He was instrumental in changing the medical support structure of the club, which contributed to RFC’s near promotion to the Premier League in the 2016 – 2017 season.
His work is well respected amongst football’s elites, English Premier League and Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).

After graduating as a Surgeon and whilst training in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr Bhar studied for a Law degree at University of London graduating with Honours. A year later, Dr Bhar underwent further training to train as a Barrister with The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and was called to the Degree of the Utter Bar.
He has the honour of being the first and quite likely the only Asian Surgeon, one of three Surgeons in the world to have been called to the Middle Temple Bar since inception in the middle of the 14th century.
Dr Bhar is respected by the legal fraternity for his opinions on medico-legal issues and medical negligence. He regularly provides legal opinions to lawyers and has been recognised by Judges for his expert opinions and arguments on emerging medico-legal issues.
He is an avid arts enthusiast and considers the interaction of art and surgical aesthetics as essential to achieving a natural and pleasing result following cosmetic surgery.
Experienced cosmetic surgeons display artistic skills as they need a good eye to establish a vision of their finished work and the processes required to achieve the goal for their patients. A good cosmetic surgeon requires a certain level of creativity, manual dexterity and meticulous skill to sculpt and reshape the human form.
Dr Bhar is a keen sportsman and enjoys Rowing, Polo, Golf, Tennis, Badminton and Football.
His father is one of the most eminent Barrister’s from Middle Temple practicing in Asia. His mother is an artist who sees painting as the representation of the dynamic acts of seeing through a seemingly arbitrary collection of visual colours from various perspectives. He has two siblings, an elder brother and a younger sister, both Barrister’s in London and Asia, both, from the Honourable Society of Middle Temple, London.
He has also trained along with and treated members of the British Armed Forces including officials from the Ministry of Defense - British Army, Royal Air Force and Royal Navy. Dr Bhar’s work involved working within a multidisciplinary team performing challenging cosmetic and reconstructive surgery on patients dealing with injuries received during combat and otherwise.
